Changes on orders cannot be made based on personal taste.

Expired promos cannot be extended to exchange an order.

Blue Hour Goods makes and packages in the order it was received. Orders take 3-5 business days to process and ship, with the exception of holidays.
Packages are shipped via USPS. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. Blue Hour Goods is not responsible in replacing a package that is lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained. We are not liable for items damaged or lost by carrier services (USPS).
